Who is at risk for CTS?

Workers who perform highly repetitive motions are at risk for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  CTS is most frequently seen in data entry workers, cashiers and meat cutters. All these jobs involve rapid and  repetitive motions of the fingers and hands. In many cases these motions are accompanied by exertion while the wrist is bent.
